ISO 21458:2008规定了饮用水、地下水和地表水中草甘膦及其主要代谢物氨基甲基膦酸（AMPA）的测定方法。测定的最低限度约为0.05μg/l。该方法可适用于其他类型的水，前提是该方法已针对每种情况进行了验证。

ISO 21458:2008 specifies a method for the determination of glyphosate and its major metabolite, aminomethylphosphonic acid (AMPA), in drinking water, ground water and surface water. The lowest limit of determination is about 0,05 μg/l. This method may be applicable to other types of waters provided the method is validated for each case.
