本欧洲标准规定了磨料防护服的最低要求和试验方法喷砂作业和手部防护，以及使用颗粒磨料进行表面处理压缩空气或通过机械方式。防止在爆破过程中产生物质的保护操作以及防护服和呼吸防护装置之间的连接也会受到影响盖满。本欧洲标准不适用于蒸汽爆破、喷射爆破和火焰爆破作业。

This European Standard specifies minimum requirements and test methods for protective clothing for abrasiveblasting operations and for hand protection, for the treatment of surfaces with granular abrasives propelled bycompressed air or by mechanical means. The protection against substances that develop during the blastingoperation as well as connections between the protective clothing and the respiratory protective device are alsocovered.This European Standard does not apply to steam blasting, jet blasting and flame blasting operations.
