lEC 60320-1:20 15（E）规定了两极和两极接地电器耦合器以及家用和类似电气设备与主电源连接的一般要求。lEC 60320的这一部分也适用于集成或并入电器中的电器入口/电器出口。额定电压不超过250 V（交流电），额定电流不超过16 A。这第三版取消并取代了2001年出版的第二版和修正案1:20 07。本版构成技术修订版。与上一版相比，此版本包括以下重大技术变更:a)标准表从IEC 60320-1移至IEC 60320-3。b)澄清非标准化器具耦合器的要求。

lEC 60320-1:2015(E) sets the general requirements for appliance couplers for two poles and two poles with earth contact and for the connection of electrical devices for household and similar onto the mains supply. This part of lEC 60320 is also valid for appliance inlets/appliance outlets integrated or incorporated in appliances.The rated voltage does not exceed 250 V (a.c.) and the rated current does not exceed 16 A. This third edition cancels and replaces the second edition published in 2001 and Amendment 1:2007. This edition constitutes a technical revision. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition:
a) Standard sheets moved from IEC 60320-1 to IEC 60320-3.
b) Clarification of requirements for non-standardized appliance couplers.
