ISO 9296:2017适用于信息技术和电信设备。它规定:a)对于一批设备，确定以下值的方法:-声明的平均A加权声功率级，LWA，m；-声明的平均A-加权发射声压级，LpA，m；-用于验证的统计加法器，Kv；-统计上限A-加权声功率级LWA，c；b)如何在制造商或声明人向用户提供的技术文件或其他产品文献中以电子或硬拷贝格式发布声学和产品信息；c)用于验证由制造商或声明者声明的噪声发射值的方法。

ISO 9296:2017 is applicable to information technology and telecommunications equipment.It specifies:a) for a batch of equipment, the method for determining the following values:

• - the declared mean A-weighted sound power level, L_WA,m;
• - the declared mean A-weighted emission sound pressure level, L_pA,m;
• - the statistical adder for verification, K_v;
• - the statistical upper limit A-weighted sound power level, L_WA,c;

b) how acoustical and product information is to be published electronically or in hard-copy format in technical documents or other product literature supplied to users by the manufacturer or declarer;c) the method for verifying the noise emission values that are declared by the manufacturer or declarer.
