应为每次采集的样本制作一份报告。如果样本被分成多个等效部分，则每个部分都应附有一份报告副本。附件中给出了典型报告的示例。

A report should be made for each sample taken. If the sample is divided into a number of equivalent portions, a copy of the report should accompany each portion. An example of a typical report is given in an annex.
