ISO PAS 11154:2006规定了所有用于安装在最大授权总质量不超过3.5 t（ISO M08）的乘用车和轻型商用车车顶上或上方的车顶承载器的最低安全要求，如ISO 1176所定义。它适用于:适用于承载负载的机械连接的通用车顶杆、用于特殊用途应用的车顶杆的附件及其附件、适用于承载规定负载的机械连接的专用车顶装置、适用于承载规定负载的磁性固定装置。
ISO PAS 11154:2006 specifies the minimum safety requirements for all roof load carriers intended for mounting on or above the roofs of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles with a maximum authorized total mass up to 3,5 t (ISO M08) as defined in ISO 1176.It applies to:
- mechanically attached general-use roof bars suitable for carrying load,
- accessories and their attachments to roof bars for special purpose applications,
- mechanically attached specific purpose roof devices suitable for carrying a defined load,
- magnetic fixing devices suitable for carrying a defined load.
