ISO 22650规定了确定鞋类鞋跟附着的方法，并适用于女式中跟和高跟鞋。该测试方法测量三种相关的磨损性能:正常行走期间鞋后部的刚性；由在向后方向上施加到脚跟的相当大的力引起的后部的永久变形量；分离鞋跟所需的力。

ISO 22650 specifies a method for the determination of the heel attachment of footwear and applies to women's medium- and high-heeled footwear.This test method measures three related wear properties:

• the rigidity of the shoe backpart during normal walking;
• the amount of permanent deformation of the backpart caused by a fairly large force applied to the heel in a backward direction;
• the force required to detach the heel.
