This part of ISO 15022 describes the responsibilities of the parties involved in the maintenance of the Data FieldDictionary (DD) and the Catalogue of Messages (CM). There is a Registration Authority (RA) which is the operatingauthority responsible for maintaining the Data Field Dictionary and the Catalogue of Messages, and a RegistrationManagement Group (RMG). The RMG is the governing body of the RA, and monitors its performance.
