ISO 9094-1:20 03定义了实现实用防火程度的程序，规定了便携式消防设备，并对固定消防系统提出了要求。它适用于船体长度不超过15米的所有类型的小型船舶。对于船体长度大于15米的小型船舶，适用ISO 9094-2。个人船只被排除在ISO 9094-1:20 03的范围之外。

ISO 9094-1:2003 defines procedures to achieve a practical degree of fire protection, specifies portable fire-fighting equipment and sets requirements for fixed fire-fighting systems.It applies to small craft of all types with a hull length not exceeding 15 m. For small craft with a hull length greater than 15 m, ISO 9094-2 applies.Personal watercraft are excluded from the scope of ISO 9094-1:2003.
