ISO 11591:2011规定了船体长度不超过24米的发动机驱动小艇从舵位向前和向后的视野要求。不适用于最大航速小于10节的舵机操纵船舶或帆船。

ISO 11591:2011 specifies requirements for the field of vision from the helm position, forward and astern, in engine-driven small craft of up to 24 m length of hull.It is not applicable to tiller-steered craft with maximum speed less than 10 knots or sailing craft.
