本标准构成技术修订版第二版，ISO 2569中的定义适用于本标准。应根据ISO 4707进行取样。名称由“圆柱形软木塞”组成，后面是与软木塞长度和直径相对应的数字，单位为毫米，用十字隔开。

For the purpose of this standard, which constitutes the technically revised second edition, the definitions in ISO 2569 apply. Sampling shall be made according to ISO 4707. Designation consists of the words "cylindrical cork stoppers" followed by the figures which correspond to their length and diameter, in millimetres, separated by a cross.
