规定的方法适用于质量浓度范围为0,04 mg/l至1,5 mg/l的硫化物测定。下列离子在规定的质量浓度下不干扰:氰化物、碘化物、硫代硫酸盐、硫氰酸盐、亚硫酸盐。其原理是过滤，保存滤液中的硫化物，剥离硫化物，形成白美蓝，测量该络合物在665nm波长下的吸光度。附录A描述了硫化物储备溶液的标准化。

The specified method is applicable to sulfide determination in a mass concentration range from 0,04 mg/l to 1,5 mg/l. The following ions do not interfere in specified mass concentrations: cyanide, iodide, thiosulfate, thiocyanate, sulfite. The principle is filtration, conservation of the sulfide in the filtrate, stripping of the sulfides, formation of leukomethylene blue, measurement of the absorbance of this complex at a wavelength of 665 nm. Annex A describes standardization of sulfide stock solution.
