ISO 12402-5:2006规定了浮力不小于50N的浮力辅助装置的安全要求，该浮力辅助装置在较大体积或浮力装置可能影响使用者活动的情况下，在有帮助和救援的情况下使用。它适用于成人或儿童使用的浮力辅助装置。ISO 12402-5:2006不适用于连体衣。

ISO 12402-5:2006 specifies the safety requirements for buoyancy aids with a buoyancy of not less than 50 N used in sheltered waters with help and rescue close at hand under such circumstances where more bulky or buoyant devices can impair the user's activity. It applies to buoyancy aids used by adults or children. ISO 12402-5:2006 is not applicable to one-piece suits.
