ISO 23813:2007规定了为指定控制和管理起重机起重操作的人员传授必要知识所需的最低培训。不适用于控制和管理涉及危险品或危险区域的起重作业的人员所需的额外培训。

ISO 23813:2007 specifies the minimum training needed to impart the requisite knowledge for a person appointed to control and manage the lifting operations of cranes. It is not applicable to the additional training required for those persons controlling and managing lifting operations involving dangerous goods or hazardous areas.
