ISO 15884IDF 182:2002规定了从乳脂和从乳制品获得的脂肪制备脂肪酸甲酯的方法。该方法不适用于分析部分脂解的乳脂(脂肪酸酸度>1mmol游离脂肪酸/100g脂肪)。在这种情况下,可以使用附录A中描述的替代方法。
ISO 15884|IDF 182:2002 specifies a method for the preparation of fatty acid methyl esters from milk fat and fat obtained from dairy products.The method is not suitable for the analysis of partially lipolysed milk fat (fat acidity > 1 mmol of free fatty acids per 100 g of fat). In such a case, the alternative method described in Annex A can be used.
