ISO 12625-7:2007规定了用仪器测定纸巾和纸巾产品光学性能的试验方法。现有的各种测试方法已经或正在制定为国际标准。ISO 12625-7:2007还对不同等级的纸巾和纸巾产品的相关光学性能给出了测量建议，并对试样（单层、多层产品）的制备以及皱纹产品和压花产品的光学测量给出了具体说明，如果试件表面不平整，且材料体积较大，从而导致空气滞留在板材之间，则可能需要采取特殊预防措施。

ISO 12625-7:2007 specifies test methods for the instrumental determination of optical properties of tissue paper and tissue products. The various test methods that are available have been, or are being, developed as International Standards.ISO 12625-7:2007 also gives recommendations regarding relevant optical properties to be measured for different grades of tissue paper and tissue products and gives specific instructions for the preparation of test pieces (single-ply, multi-ply products) and for the optical measurements of creped products and embossed products, where special precautions may be necessary if the test-piece surfaces are uneven and if the materials are bulky, so that air is entrapped between the sheets.
