ISO 21628:2008给出了农业、园艺和区域维护（如园林绿化）中使用的动力材料收集系统的设计和施工的安全要求及其验证方法。本标准适用于出版日期后制造的安装式、半安装式或牵引式机器。它规定了当材料收集系统按预期使用时，以及在制造商预见的条件下，消除或减少机械危险的方法。它不涉及环境危害、道路安全、电磁兼容性和电力消耗-关闭（PTO），PTO驱动轴防护或控制要求。

ISO 21628:2008 gives safety requirements and the means for their verification specific to the design and construction of powered material？collecting systems used in agriculture, gardening and areal maintenance (e.g. landscaping). It is applicable to mounted, semi-mounted or trailed machines manufactured after the date of its publication.It specifies means for eliminating or reducing mechanical hazards when the material-collecting system is used as intended and under the conditions foreseen by the manufacturer.It does not deal with environmental hazards, road safety, electromagnetic compatibility, power take-off (PTO), PTO drive shaft guarding or control requirements.
