标准范围

规定了移动式海上装置（尤其是钻井船、半潜式钻机和居住平台）的定位、临时和紧急锚定用锚绞车的要求。不适用于用于其他目的的锚绞车。

Specifies requirements of anchor winches for position keeping, and temporary and emergency anchoring of mobile offshore units, particularly drill-ships, semi-submersible drilling rigs and accomodation platforms. Does not apply to anchor winches which are used for other purposes.
