ISO 6611 | IDF 94:2004规定了在25°C下通过菌落计数技术检测和计数牛奶和奶制品中活酵母和/或霉菌菌落形成单位(CFU)的方法。本方法适用于牛奶、液态奶制品、奶粉、干甜乳清、干酪乳、乳糖、奶酪、酸性酪蛋白、乳酸酪蛋白、凝乳酪蛋白、酪蛋白酸盐、酸性乳清粉、黄油、冷冻乳制品(包括食用冰)、奶油、甜点、发酵乳和奶油。

ISO 6611|IDF 94:2004 specifies a method for the detection and enumeration of colony-forming units (CFU) of viable yeasts and/or moulds in milk and milk products by means of the colony-count technique at 25 °C.The method is applicable to milk, liquid milk products, dried milk, dried sweet whey, dried buttermilk, lactose, cheese, acid casein, lactic casein, rennet casein, caseinate, acid whey powder, butter, frozen milk products (including edible ices), custard, desserts, fermented milk and cream.
