ISO 4628-2:2003 describes a method for assessing the degree of blistering of coatings by comparison with pictorial standards.NOTE The pictorial standards have been adopted from ASTM D 714, Standard Test Method for Evaluating Degree of Blistering of Paints. The correlation between the ISO and ASTM rating systems is shown in an annex.
