该方法允许检测和鉴定以下抗氧化剂:去甲二氢瓜尔酸、没食子酸丙酯、没食子酸辛酯、没食子酸十二酯、叔丁基对苯二酚、丁基羟基苯甲醚、α-生育酚、丁基羟基甲苯。该方法包括将供试品溶解在正己烷中,用RH-乙腈提取抗氧化剂,然后通过薄层色谱法进行鉴定。
The method allows the detection and identification of the following antioxidants: nordihydroguaretic acid, propylgallate, octylgallate, dodecylgallate, tertiobutylhydroquinone, butylhydroxyanisole, alpha-tocopherol, butylhydroxytoluene. The method consists in dissolving of a test portion in n-hexane and extracting of the antioxidants witrh acetonitrile, then identification by thin-layer chromatography.
