ISO 23273-3:20 06规定了燃料电池车辆（FCV）保护车辆内外人员和环境免受电击的基本要求。它仅适用于工作电压在25 V交流电之间的车载电路。和1000V交流电或60V直流电。和1500V直流电。分别。ISO 23273-3:20 06不适用于:连接到外部电源的FCV；组件保护；或制造、维护和修理。

ISO 23273-3:2006 specifies the essential requirements of fuel cell vehicles (FCV) for the protection of persons and the environment inside and outside the vehicles against electric shock.It applies only to on-board electric circuits with working voltages between 25 V a.c. and 1000 V a.c., or 60 V d.c. and 1500 V d.c. respectively.ISO 23273-3:2006 does not apply to:

• FCV connected to an external electric power supply;
• component protection; or
• manufacturing, maintenance and repair.
