用标准容量硝酸银溶液滴定样品溶液或悬浮液。该方法不适用于阳离子淀粉和冷溶性淀粉。

A solution or suspension of the sample is titrated with a standard volumetric silver nitrate solution. The method is not applied to cationic starches and amyloids soluble when cold.
