本国际标准规定了特性、检验和试验方法以及质量以下方面的保证要求:按照ISO 9737、ISO 9747、ISO 9748、ISO 9749、ISO 9759和ISO 9760，ISO 9736、ISO 9738、ISO 9757、ISO 9758和ISO 9761中规定的钢丝绳转筒零件，以及钢丝绳转筒组件（定义见3.1），用于飞机控制。本国际标准适用于上述引用的零件，前提是产品中引用了本标准标准或定义文件。

This International Standard specifies the characteristics, the inspection and test methods as well as the qualityassurance requirements for:end-fittings swaged on wire ropes, as specified in ISO 9737, ISO 9747, ISO 9748, ISO 9749, ISO 9759 andISO 9760,wire rope turnbarrel parts, as specified in ISO 9736, ISO 9738, ISO 9757, ISO 9758 and ISO 9761, andwire rope turnbarrel assemblies (as defined in 3.1),used in aircraft controls.This International Standard is applicable to the parts cited above providing that reference is made to it in the productstandard or the definition document.
