为了进行测定,应将300颗豆子从中间打开或纵向切割,以便露出子叶的最大切割面。每个豆子的两半都应在全日光或等效人造光下进行目视检查。每种缺陷类型的豆子应单独计数,每种缺陷的结果应表示为300个检查豆子的百分比。
For the determination 300 beans shall be opened or cut lengthwise through the middle, so as to expose the maximum cut surface of cotyledones. Both halves of each bean shall be visually examined in full daylight or equivalent artificial light. Each defective type of bean shall be counted separately, and the result for each kind of defect shall be expressed as a percentage of the 300 beans examined.
