ISO/TS 22304:2008规定了烟草特有亚硝胺（TSNAs）的测定程序:磨碎烟叶、烟草制品和烟草制品中的N-亚硝基鸟嘌呤（NNN）、N-亚硝基鸟嘌呤（NAT）、N-亚硝基鸟嘌呤（NAB）和4-（甲基亚硝胺）-1-（3-吡啶基）-1-丁酮（NNK）。采用气相色谱法进行测定。

ISO/TS 22304:2008 specifies the procedure for the determination of the tobacco specific nitrosamines (TSNAs): N-nitrosonornicotine (NNN), N-nitrosoanatabine (NAT), N-nitrosoanabasine (NAB) and 4-(methyl-nitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone (NNK) in ground leaf tobacco, manufactured tobacco and tobacco products. The determination is by means of gas chromatography.
