ISO 22662 | IDF 198:2007规定了测定生乳、热处理乳、奶粉、生奶油和巴氏杀菌奶油中乳糖含量的参考方法。该方法不适用于发酵乳和添加低聚糖的乳。

ISO 22662|IDF 198:2007 specifies the reference method for the determination of lactose content of raw milk, heat-treated milks, dried milk and raw and pasteurized cream.The method is not applicable to fermented milks and milks to which oligosaccharides have been added.
