ISO 3573:2008适用于商用和拉伸质量的热轧碳钢板。热轧钢板适用于许多应用场合，其中氧化物或氧化皮的存在，或去除氧化物或氧化皮后暴露的正常表面缺陷不会引起反对。它不适用于表面至关重要的应用。本国际标准不包括后续再轧制的钢板。

ISO 3573:2008 applies to hot-rolled carbon steel sheet of commercial and drawing qualities.Hot-rolled steel sheet is suitable for many applications where the presence of oxide or scale, or normal surface imperfections disclosed after removal of oxide or scale, are not objectionable. It is not suitable for applications where surface is of prime importance.Steel sheet that is to be subjected to subsequent rerolling is not covered by this International Standard.
