标准范围

本国际标准规定了材料、形状、弹簧特性、公差、制造热卷制普通螺旋压缩弹簧的要求和试验方法圆截面钢筋，然后淬火和回火（以下简称“弹簧”）。以下限值适用于符合本国际标准的弹簧:-自由长度:≤900mm；-弹簧指数:3至12；-长细比:0.8至4；-有源线圈:≥3个；-弹簧节距:<0.5 D；-线直径:8mm至60mm；-线圈的平均直径:≤460mm。本国际标准不适用于有特殊性能要求的螺旋弹簧，如铁路和汽车悬架。

This International Standard specifies the materials, shapes, spring characteristics, tolerances, manufacturingrequirements and test methods for common helical compression springs, which are made from hot coiledround section steel bar, and then quenched and tempered (hereinafter simply "springs").The following limit values apply to springs conforming to this International Standard:— free length: ≤ 900 mm;— spring index: 3 to 12;— slenderness ratio: 0,8 to 4;— active coils: ≥ 3;— spring pitch: < 0,5D;— wire diameter: 8 mm to 60 mm;— mean diameter of coil: ≤ 460 mm.This International Standard is not applicable to coil springs with special performance requirements, such asrailway and automotive suspensions.
