Specifies: a) the dimensional characteristics; b) the mechanical characteristics; c) the conditions with which coatings, if any, shall comply; d) the conditions of sampling and control. Applies to round, bright or zinc-coated wires of nominal diameters between 0,8 mm and 3,5 mm. This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition (1981).
