ISO 14945:2004规定了船体长度LH不超过24 m（根据ISO 8666测量）的小型船舶的建造者板上统一显示信息的要求。不包括ISO 6185涵盖的充气船和ISO 13590涵盖的个人船只。

ISO 14945:2004 establishes requirements for the uniform display of information to be exhibited on the builder's plate of small craft with a hull length L_H of up to 24 m, measured according to ISO 8666. Excluded are inflatable boats covered by ISO 6185 and personal watercraft covered by ISO 13590.
