ISO 125:2003规定了天然浓缩胶乳碱度的测定方法。该方法不一定适用于除橡胶树以外的天然来源的乳液，也不一定适用于合成橡胶乳液、复合乳液、硫化乳液或橡胶的人工分散体。

ISO 125:2003 specifies a method for the determination of the alkalinity of natural rubber latex concentrate.The method is not necessarily suitable for latices from natural sources other than Hevea brasiliensis or for synthetic rubber latices, compounded latex, vulcanized latex or artificial dispersions of rubber.
