规定构成验收依据的绳索及其零部件的特性。不适用于矿山使用的全锁线圈绳、平衡绳和扁绳。制造这些钢丝绳所用钢丝的特性未涵盖在内。附件A给出了工程证书的示例；附录B给出了完整工程证书的示例。第二版取消并取代了第一版（1976年）。

Specifies those properties of ropes and of their component parts which form a basis for acceptance. Does not apply to full-lock coil ropes, balance ropes and flat ropes used in mines. The characteristics of the wire to be used for the manufacture of these ropes are not covered. Annex A gives an example of a works certificate; annex B gives an example of a full works certificate.This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition (1976).
