ISO 15817:2012规定了ISO 6165中定义的土方机械上使用的远程操作员控制系统的基本安全要求。它不适用于使机器能够在没有操作员协助的情况下工作的自动控制系统，也不适用于非远程控制机器上附件的远程控制。

ISO 15817:2012 specifies the essential safety requirements for remote operator control systems used on earth-moving machinery as defined in ISO 6165. It is not applicable to autonomous control systems that enable a machine to work without the assistance of an operator, nor does it apply to the remote control of attachments on non-remote controlled machines.
