ISO 3356 |IDF 63:2009规定了测定牛奶中碱性磷酸酶活性的方法。该方法适用于碱性磷酸酶活性不低于每毫升1μg苯酚。本方法也适用于乳粉、酪乳和酪乳粉、乳清和乳清粉中碱性磷酸酶活性的测定。

ISO 3356|IDF 63:2009 specifies a method for the determination of alkaline phosphatase activity in milk.The method applies to alkaline phosphatase activities not less than 1 μg of phenol per millilitre.The method is also suitable for the determination of alkaline phosphatase activity in milk powder, buttermilk and buttermilk powder, whey and whey powder.
